Freshman and sophomore study in China. After getting TOEFL IELTS in junior year, you can go to Singapore to study junior year and senior year.

You must stay and work in Singapore for 6 years after graduation. After that, you can choose to return to China or settle in Singapore permanently.

My undergraduate school has this kind of project, and I go out about 20 times a year.
