The school is the second batch of outstanding engineers education and training plan of the Ministry of Education. It was selected as a provincial university established by the National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan, the National College Practice Education Innovation Base, the National Model College for Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform, the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education (Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan 2.0), the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the People's Government of Hebei Province.
