Is Merlin Trilogy a science fiction?
This series of novels is not science fiction.

Merlin Trilogy is a series of novels written by British writer T.A. Hitchcock, including The Raven's Feast, The White Princess and the Mirror and The Mysterious Tenor. Based on the wizarding world, this series of novels has launched a series of adventure stories around Merlin, the great magician in King Arthur's legend.

Although it contains some supernatural elements, it is not beyond the scope of the real world, but more in line with the theme of magic, mythology and ancient legends. In contrast, science fiction usually pays more attention to the elements of science and future technology, and explores the fictional world and future society different from the real world. Therefore, The Merlin Trilogy is classified as fantasy novel rather than science fiction.
