The College of Foreign Trade of Chongqing Normal University is located in Tongliang District, Chongqing. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. In 2003, it was recognized as an independent college by the Ministry of Education. On May 2 1 2020, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission announced that the college would be actively transformed from an independent college to an ordinary undergraduate school.

The Liangtong Campus of Foreign Trade and Business College of Chongqing Normal University has two-level colleges (departments, departments) such as cross-border business school, management school, foreign language school, school of literature and journalism, school of mathematics and computer, school of big data and intelligent engineering, school of performing arts, school of art design, school of modern education and training (Maker College), international college, physical education department and political teaching department.
