3. The college shall inform the students of the facts, reasons and basis for their plan to quit school, and fully listen to the students' statements and arguments.

The College will submit the Report on Handling Students' Dropout from Fujian Normal University (for the College) and related materials to the Ministry of Education (Department) and the Academic Affairs Office for review, and the Academic Affairs Office will submit it to the President's office meeting for research and decision.

5. If the president's office meeting decides to agree to drop out of school, the school will issue a "Decision on Students' Dropout of Fujian Normal University" and the Academic Affairs Office will report it to the Provincial Department of Education for the record.
