1. Members who have reached the age of 28 should go through the formalities of quitting the League if they do not hold positions in the League.
Two, members to join the * * * production party still retain the membership, at least 28 years of age, no position in the group, no longer retain the membership.
Three, members without justifiable reasons, for six consecutive months not to pay the tour fee, but to participate in the group's organizational life, or for six consecutive months not to do the work of group distribution, are regarded as leaving the group on their own. Members who leave the League voluntarily shall be delisted through discussion and decision by the branch meeting and reported to the Youth League Committee for approval.
