Are Band 4 and Band 4 the same test?
CET-4 and CET-6 are not the same test. French band 4 is French public band 4, and French major band 4 is French major band 4. Students who are learning French as a foreign language (as well as social candidates) are generally not allowed to take the CET-4 for French majors.

The French public proficiency test includes the French public proficiency test, which is aimed at all candidates who use French as a public foreign language. It is conducted simultaneously with CET-4 every year and has the same effect as CET-4.

TFS Band 4, that is, Band 4 for French majors, is similar to the TEM-4 of the University, and it is a national examination to test the French level of French majors in universities. Since 2004, the exam has been held in late May every year, and now it has been conducted 12 times. Generally, the examination takes the form of school collective registration, which is aimed at sophomores majoring in French and seniors who need to make up the exam (usually only one chance to make up the exam). Generally, foreign students and social candidates are not allowed to take the exam.
