Professional Introduction This major trains advanced engineering and technical applied talents who support the basic line of the Party, meet the needs of China's socialist construction, have good scientific literacy, and have obtained preliminary training for engineers. Through learning, students systematically master the basic theory of computer and the basic ability to design, develop and maintain computer application systems. After graduation, I can engage in the design, development and maintenance of computer application systems in government departments, schools, enterprises and institutions.
Graduation requirements:
According to the teaching plan, complete the credits of public courses and professional courses.
Students complete all the courses specified in the teaching plan of this major within the specified study period, complete the practical teaching and pass the graduation thesis (design), with qualified grades, reaching the minimum graduation credits and various credit requirements specified in the teaching plan. Undergraduate students are required to pass the unified examination of public basic courses organized by the Ministry of Education and are allowed to graduate (graduation from junior college is not required to do graduation thesis or take the unified examination of public basic courses organized by the Ministry of Education). Those who meet the requirements for a bachelor's degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree in the corresponding discipline by Chongqing University according to the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Granting a Bachelor's Degree to Graduates of Adult Higher Education in Chongqing University.
