Li Guangwu, male, Han nationality, 1957, from Mulan County, Heilongjiang Province. Graduated from Chinese Department of Harbin Normal University with a Bachelor of Arts degree; 1999 graduated from the postgraduate class of ideological and political education in Dalian University of Technology. Member of National Committee of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, member of China Book Association. He is currently the deputy secretary and chairman of the party group of the Corps Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
