Boya Tower is located in the campus of Peking University, on the hill on the southeast side of Weiming Lake. It is one of the "One Tower Lake Maps" and the essence of Yanyuan architecture. Boya Tower is a highly unified architectural masterpiece in terms of function, artistic modeling and environmental coordination. Originally used as a water tower, it was built in the style of Tongzhou Lighthouse and Liao Dynasty brick tower with dense eaves. Its unique design concept is the ingenious pen of Yanyuan architecture.

3. Unknown Lake

Far away from Boyata is the Weiming Lake. Along this open water surface, willows and peach blossoms alternate with each other, walking slowly around the lake, and the scenery is beautiful, which can contaminate the aura of many lakes. There is a stone boat at the southern end of the central island of the lake. There are Bell Tower, Linhuxuan, Flower Bed and edgar snow on the lakeside, and Boya Tower on the east coast. It is one of the landmark landscapes of Peking University.

4. West Gate

West Gate was originally the main entrance of yenching university, donated by alumni, so it is also called "Alumni Gate". It is a typical three-opening red painted palace gate building, which is very similar to the East Palace Gate of the Summer Palace. Both sides are guarded by a pair of stone lions, and their eyes are bright, which adds a lot of solemnity to Simon.

5. Audio-visual Education Building

There are many teaching buildings on the campus of Peking University, and the most unique one must be the audio-visual education building. If you visit here in spring and summer, you will see that the whole wall is covered with Parthenocissus tricuspidata, which is very beautiful like a green barrier.

6. Office building

Opposite the west gate is the office building. At first glance, its design is unique, with a big gray roof and red columns, which gives people a feeling that it is not like a palace, but more like an ancient academy in China. Two tall China watches standing in front of the office building stand out, with winding dragons on both sides and exquisite patterns carved all over. This pair of China watches is a relic of Anyou Palace in Yuanmingyuan.
