Is Sichuan Normal University or Southwest Normal University better?
Sichuan Normal University, founded in 1946, is a well-known university in western China, the largest comprehensive provincial key university with the most comprehensive disciplines in Sichuan Province. After more than 60 years of construction, the school has a perfect training system for doctoral, master's, undergraduate, vocational and adult education, and has disciplines such as economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, management and art. It has developed into a teaching and research-oriented comprehensive university featuring teacher education, the integration of arts and sciences, and the coordinated development of teachers and non-teachers.

Southwest University was founded in 1906. In 2005, it was formed by the merger of Southwest Normal University, a key university directly under the former Ministry of Education, and Southwest Agricultural University, a key university directly under the former Ministry of Agriculture. It turned out that the two schools were built adjacent to each other and of the same origin. 1906 East Sichuan Normal School opened a new school in the southwest of China. After several developments, it has become a Southwest University directly under the Ministry of Education and jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture and Chongqing.

Western division is one book, and Sichuan division is two books. However, as far as teachers are concerned, Sichuan Normal University is still very good.

Xi Shi's school is in the suburbs, while Ishikawa is in the Third Ring Road of Chengdu.

In fact, when choosing a university, the first is to look at your own interests, and the second is to look at the strength of that school. For example, the College of Literature of Sichuan Normal University is still good.

Best wishes:)
