Four stages of college students' psychological crisis
The first stage: you have not tried your best to solve or even overcome the difficulties and crises that suddenly appear in daily life. The shadow appeared for the first time.

The second stage: after losing a destination, you have no more choices and finally return to your only destination, but the only destination has your material destination but no hotbed of your spiritual destination, then you have the possibility of separating your physical body from your mental body, and your mental body will look for more destinations in the virtual world, such as the Internet, such as its own imagination. (The latter question will be terrible. )

The third stage: when the physical destination is constantly squeezed, then you will want to devote yourself to the virtual world, but you can't, and any extreme ideas begin to accumulate.

Stage 4: You are like a balloon filled with gas. Either someone deflates you, or you hope someone can continue to cheer you up and eventually break out, because every day makes you feel uncomfortable, and the consequences are extreme and very relieved. There is no third one.
