Longhe Campus of Anhui University is the old teaching area of Anhui University, a "2 1 1 project" university jointly established by Anhui Province and the Ministry of Education.

I. Historical evolution

The school was founded in 1928 in Anqing, then the provincial capital. During the Anti-Japanese War, the school was forced to move westward and was once scattered. 1946 resumed school and became the national Anhui university. 1949 moved to Wuhu in February, and after several adjustments, 1956 moved to Hefei, and 1958 fully resumed enrollment.
