Chapter II Ways and Means of Self-improvement

Conclusion.

My future is not a dream.

Foreword:

It is an indisputable fact that my future is unpredictable, but I can make detailed plans to improve my future. Shakespeare once said, "Life is a work. Whoever has an ideal in life and a plan to realize it will have a good plot and ending. Whoever can write it will be wonderful and eye-catching. " I create my own beauty, I don't need charity, I don't need to wait for that slim opportunity, I don't need to fantasize about a beautiful fairy tale world, I use my own hands and brain to draw my own blueprint, plan my own tomorrow, write down my daily answer sheet for a better future, and make a little accumulation for the future. It is not impossible for me to go to college. I have my own goals and objectives. I will make all preparations at the gas station of my life, so that I can move towards tomorrow. I believe my future is not a dream.

I. Self-analysis

1. Family environment: I come from * * * *, and there are * * people at home, * * * and me. Brothers and sisters * * * * * * Parents are all farming at home. Although their parents are not well educated, they try their best to create a good learning environment for our three sisters. They are all farmers, but their ups and downs in life have given me many living examples and made me understand the truth of being a man.

2. Self-evaluation:

(1) My temperament: clingy: feelings are not easy to show, deep and subtle; It is not easy to lose your temper, and it is peaceful to people; Slow action and tough spirit. Work hard, start and finish; The work arrangement is well organized, and it is easy to be trusted if you don't do things you are not sure about. Can engage in a job for a long time and maintain a posture for a long time.

(2) My professional interests: In my Dutch professional orientation test report, the top three professional interests are reality, convention and society. I prefer food nutrition and health care and accounting.

(3) My willpower: I have great endurance in doing things, and I will try my best to complete what I have determined, never giving up, never giving up, and always believe that I can succeed as long as I work hard.

(4) My affinity: excellent grades, honesty and trustworthiness, sincerity to friends, wide and good circle of friends and good popularity. If I work, I believe I will be appreciated by my boss and colleagues.

(5) My ability to cope with difficulties: I am calm and decisive, I can handle some unexpected events well, I have strong adaptability, I can face the reality and dare to meet the challenge of fate.

(6) My competitive quality: When I am strong, I will be strong. I take my competitors seriously. In my opinion, the game is the gas station of my life. Every competition will bring me different gains and make me daily growing.

(7) My ambition to succeed: I adhere to the philosophy of "do as much as you have" and am a pragmatist. Recently, I will pass the National English Test Band 4 and Band 6 through my own efforts. Learn your own professional courses well, and try to pass at least one related self-taught subject in recent years to get an intermediate accounting certificate. In the long run, I want to take the CPA certificate, and I want to make a difference in my business field.

(8) My psychological adaptability: I have strong psychological adaptability and am calm when things go wrong. No matter what happens, I won't be too nervous.

(9) My time management ability: In addition to attending classes, I spend part of my time working and experiencing the society, part of my time reviewing what I have learned, occasionally participating in school club activities, enriching my time schedule, being interesting without procrastination, and being good at allocating time reasonably.

3. My classmates and friends' comments on me: I am good at communication, have good prestige in my own circle, calm and reliable, careful, patient, have extensive knowledge, have ideas and entertain myself. I am suitable to be a white-collar worker and a doctor. Sometimes I care too much about other people's opinions, I am not good at oral expression, I love fantasy, and I am not humorous enough.

4. Parents and teachers' comments on me: smart, studious, polite, thoughtful, careful and measured, suitable for being a teacher.

Summary: My strengths and weaknesses.

Advantages: extroverted, earnest, careful, practical, friendly, confident, good at thinking, wide circle of friends and agile.

Disadvantages: As a junior college student, I have no position in society, so it will be more difficult to find a job after graduation. So I can't be satisfied with the status quo. I must have a heart that keeps moving forward. Only by constantly upgrading your diploma can you continuously improve yourself. There is no ability to distinguish right from wrong in doing things, and compassion is always rampant.

Second, ways and means to improve themselves

1, concrete implementation plan for short-term goals: I am now a freshman in college, and my college plan is divided into three stages:

(1) Freshman adapts to college life in the first semester. I have finished it.

(2) From the next semester to the last semester of junior year, I mainly master professional knowledge, master the basic computer operation requirements, complete the study of various subjects and strive for Excellence, participate in more activities, improve communication skills, pass relevant self-taught subjects, and pass the accounting assistant exam.

(3) Prepare the internship plan for the third semester.

2, the specific implementation plan of the medium-term goal:

(1) First, study hard in college for three years, then complete the mid-term goal to find a job, then work hard, make positive progress, and ask others for advice, and the work will be recognized by others. I plan to take part in more social work, leave my job, increase my social knowledge, enrich my experience, improve my social adaptability and improve my overall quality.

(2) in life: adjust your mentality, face life calmly and happily, accept challenges, and don't be defeated by yourself. Make a good plan and step by step every day.

(3) Social practice: plan to practice in relevant departments, increase social knowledge, enrich one's own experience, improve social adaptability and comprehensively improve one's comprehensive quality.

Everyone's goals are different, some are great and some are small. Although my goal is not too big, I believe I can do it. Everyone has his own understanding of success and happiness. You don't have to change your personal feelings for the sake of universal and secular concepts in society. As long as you feel meaningful and valuable, you should boldly pursue your career ideals and goals, even if it is a job that others despise. I hope my first career plan can give me a surprise. It is easy to make a career plan, but it is quite difficult to really follow the requirements of the plan. I hope I can follow the planned steps and make progress towards my goal step by step. I remember a great man said: ideal is a beacon of progress, and great ideals produce great undertakings. I also hope that through this plan, I can motivate myself and climb the peak bravely.
