Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Principles

Article 13
The provinces (batches) that implement "parallel volunteer" will determine the adjustment ratio according to the students' situation, which generally does not exceed 105% of the enrollment plan. For provinces (batches) with good quality of students, the proportion of adjustment can be appropriately increased. Candidates who enter the shift line are qualified in moral and physical conditions and have undergone professional adjustment, and will be admitted. For the provinces (batches) that have not completed the enrollment plan in full, the provincial recruitment office will collect volunteers in a unified way. If the plan cannot be completed after collecting volunteers, the remaining plans will be withdrawn and transferred to other provinces (batches) with sufficient students.
Article 14
In the batch of "sequential volunteering" and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the adjustment ratio generally does not exceed 1.20% of the enrollment plan. The school has file control above the score line, and adheres to the principle of giving priority to applying for Dalian University of Technology as the first choice. When the number of the first volunteer applicants exceeds the number of the school's local enrollment plan, the second volunteer candidates will not be recruited; When the number of the first volunteer candidates is less than the number of the school's local enrollment plan, the second volunteer and other volunteer candidates can be admitted.

According to the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education, ordinary undergraduate students in our school recognize in principle the national policy of increasing (decreasing) points formulated by the provincial admissions office where the candidates are located, and the score is no more than 20 points. All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.

According to the enrollment plans (excluding art majors) published by various provinces (batches), when enrolling majors (categories), our school adopts the admission principle of "scores first and voluntary", that is, students with high scores are given priority in enrolling their professional volunteers on the premise that they are qualified in moral, intellectual and physical conditions; Professional volunteers are not graded. Article 20
Sino-foreign cooperative education project of Dalian University of Technology: a cooperative project between Dalian University of Technology and the University of California, Irvine. The enrollment major is mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (Sino-foreign cooperative education), and it is unified with the related majors of the Joint College of Belarusian State University of Dalian University of Technology. Article 21
Regarding the special enrollment matters such as walking students, strengthening the foundation plan, specialist plan (Dalian University of Technology "Dream Building Plan"), high-level sports teams, art majors, overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, etc., it shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant categories of enrollment brochures published by Dalian University of Technology Admissions Network in 2022. The enrollment of sports training majors in Panjin Campus shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Dalian University of Technology (Panjin Campus) 2022 Sports Training Major Admissions Guide.

English majors in the main campus include English, translation, Japanese and business English. Panjin Campus only recruits English language candidates. Candidates who apply for the above majors, such as the provincial entrance examination institutions, must take and pass the foreign language oral examination. Non-English language candidates should be cautious in applying for language-intensive majors, Sino-foreign cooperative schools, development zones and Panjin campuses because of their teaching characteristics and requirements. Most of the courses in the cooperation project between Leicester International College of Dalian University of Technology and Dalian University of Technology-University of California, Irvine are taught and assessed in English. Candidates with low English level should apply carefully.

The study of architecture major needs to have a certain art foundation, and candidates without art foundation should apply carefully.

Candidates admitted in accordance with the enrollment methods of strong basic plan, art major and sports training major may not be transferred to other majors after entering school; Foreign language and literature majors recommended by foreign language middle schools may not be transferred to non-foreign language and literature majors after admission.
Chapter IV Enrollment Registration and Examination

Dalian University of Technology-Ritsumeikan University School of Software, School of Microelectronics and School of International Information and Software are located in Jinpu New District, Dalian. Students admitted to Panjin Campus (including Leicester International College of Dalian University of Technology) should report to No.2 Avenue, Liaodongwan New District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province.
Article 27
Within three months after the new students enter the school, our school will review their physical health according to the admission requirements. Those who fail the entrance examination will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. Those who do not meet the admission requirements or cheat in physical examination (including college entrance examination and re-examination admission) will be disqualified. Those with limited majors will make professional adjustments.
Article 28
After entering the school, freshmen will be re-examined in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the school, focusing on the qualification re-examination of freshmen who enjoy extra care in the college entrance examination and those who have been admitted through relevant special programs, and the re-examination of freshmen enrolled in art majors, sports training majors and high-level sports teams. For freshmen who cheat for extra points in the college entrance examination, admission qualifications and impersonation by means of fraud, favoritism and other means, and freshmen who fail to publicize their qualifications according to regulations or have other illegal acts, their admission qualifications are cancelled and reported to the relevant departments for investigation and accountability.
Chapter V Collection and Refund of Graduation Certificates and Fees

All students with formal school status who have completed all the credits specified in the training plan within the specified time are granted graduation and awarded the undergraduate diploma of Dalian University of Technology; Those who meet the requirements stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Dalian University of Technology's Bachelor's Degree Awarding shall be awarded the Bachelor's Degree Certificate of Dalian University of Technology.
Article 30
The school follows the principle of territoriality and collects tuition and accommodation fees according to the standards approved by the Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The relevant specific charging standards are announced by the provincial admissions department.
Article 31
If students drop out of school or finish their studies ahead of schedule, the school will refund the remaining tuition fees according to the Interim Measures for the Management of Credit System Fees for Undergraduates in Dalian University of Technology.
