Can 25% of Central South University change majors?
Freshmen can only change their major if their comprehensive evaluation scores in the last semester reach 10% before the whole department, but there are restrictions. Arts and sciences majors cannot be interchanged. If a major accepts both arts and sciences, it can be transferred.
