1998.CUBA is a national collegiate five-a-side basketball league sponsored by China University Sports Association. 1996 alliance began to brew, and 1997 alliance charter was established. Cuba League officially started on 1998. According to the league rules, the competition is divided into three groups according to the competitive level, enrollment policy and the main nature of participating institutions. Among them, the first-level league (high-level group) is divided into six stages: grass-roots competition, regional competition, play-offs, top 24 women's/top 32 men's competitions, top 8 home and away games and national finals. The secondary league (ordinary student group) is divided into two stages: regional competition and national finals; The third-level league (higher vocational college group) is divided into three stages: grassroots competition, regional competition and national finals.
