Invisibility of college students
In the eyes of parents, going to college can change the fate of children and let them live a city life. However, after graduation, a large number of people choose social invisibility and dare not face the reality, because the reality is too cruel. I think this problem mainly comes from parents, schools and society.

Parents should not only pay attention to their children's grades, but also be good at finding things that children are interested in. There is absolutely no need to change our ideas, such as banks, hospitals, teachers, civil servants, etc., instead of taking these as children's employment goals for the sake of face and letting children win face for us.

When children graduate, parents can listen to their ideas and come back to work with us. We should support them. After graduation, many college students choose to go back to their hometowns to start businesses. Parents should support them and don't tell their children to work hard in big cities alone.

Many of our highly educated young people choose to be invisible, mainly because they are afraid of the pressure of big cities and lose their morale. As far as the housing prices in Xi 'an big cities are concerned, it costs more than 10,000 square meters, and it costs one million to buy 80 square meters. When we college students look for jobs, the average company is three or four thousand, so the annual income is less than 50 thousand. Excluding expenses, there is at most 20 thousand left. At this rate, it will take us 50 years to buy a house. If house prices rise, there is no hope of buying a house in my life. When we think about this, the best way is to choose to be an invisible man.

Understandably, each of these college students has a dream, which disappoints us in reality. I suggest that college students should plan their own lives when they are in college. For example, if you want to engage in the IT industry after graduation, you should pay attention to those companies and see what their requirements are for this industry. Then constantly improve their ability, first try to go to these companies for internships, and try to get an offer after graduation.

As a school, we should provide students with practical opportunities. For example, during the winter and summer vacations, we cooperate with relevant units to provide internship opportunities for students. The graduation season provides employment guidance and employment opportunities, so that graduates can have jobs as soon as they graduate.

As a company, we should retain highly educated talents, provide them with a good environment and have jobs suitable for them. Just out of school, they are particularly concerned about self-worth, not salary. We should shorten their probation period, try not to let them do repetitive work, let them do challenging work, and let them find pleasure in their work.

Give them a day or two off every week, and don't let them work overtime when they finish their work. When they make achievements, we should encourage and reward them appropriately.
