According to the spirit of the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities and the Regulations of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics on the Management of Student Status, these rules are formulated to implement the Administrative Measures of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics on Undergraduates' Changing Majors (Revised) (No.34 issued by Dongbei University of Finance and Economics [2065438+04]) (hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Measures), and to standardize the qualifications and working procedures related to undergraduates' changing majors.
I. Organization and management
The school has set up a leading group for changing majors to fully lead and supervise the school's various forms of changing majors. The leading group consists of school leaders and heads of student affairs office, academic affairs office, supervision office, armed forces department and related colleges. Each college shall set up a leading group and an evaluation group for college-to-major work, and the leading group shall be responsible for leading and supervising the college-to-major work and formulating specific implementation plans; The assessment team is responsible for the comprehensive assessment of students' ideological quality, academic performance, professional expertise, hobbies and development potential. The personnel composition is determined by the leading group of the college and reported to the leading group of professional work of the college.
Second, transfer to a major according to the results of the college entrance examination.
(1) qualification
1. The scores of students' college entrance examination culture courses are before the enrollment plan of our school in the province where the students are located 10%, and all the courses they studied in the first semester are qualified. If the results of the cultural course in the college entrance examination are the same, the liberal arts are ranked according to the results of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, and the science is ranked according to the results of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages.
2. The enrollment plans of all provinces shall be subject to those announced before enrollment in that year, and the new plans in the enrollment process shall not be included. The poverty special plan and local rural special plan are merged with the general undergraduate plan, and the number of students in each major should not exceed 10% of the enrollment plan of the year in principle (annex 1). Students enrolled in special programs in poverty-stricken areas and local rural special programs participate in the sorting at the same time as students enrolled in general majors.
3. Students who are admitted to the college entrance examination direct recruitment major of Surrey International College and International Business School are sorted separately and can only be transferred to other majors.
4. Students admitted by non-professional teams of high-level athletes, students transferred from ethnic minority preparatory classes and students from Xinjiang high schools in the Mainland do not participate in such professional transfers because of their special enrollment.
5. No more than six majors can apply for transfer.
6. Students who are allowed to change majors must pass all courses in the second semester.
7. Other conditions and requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the management measures.
(2) Working procedures
1. Every year, the Student Affairs Office will announce the list of students with the qualification to change majors on Wednesday of the thirteenth week of the second semester of freshmen.
2. Students with professional qualifications are ranked in the mixed arts and sciences according to their comprehensive scores: comprehensive scores = (the minimum admission scores are divided into the minimum admission scores of provincial general plans, and the minimum admission scores of special poverty plans and local rural special plans are subject to the provincial general plan standards).
3. Students apply to the Student Affairs Office on the Monday of the 14 week of the second semester of the first year of university. The application materials include the Application Form for the Transfer of Cultural College Entrance Examination Results to Major (Annex 2) and the Summary Form for the Transfer of Cultural College Entrance Examination Results to Major (Annex 3). The electronic version of the application form and summary form is sent to entrance@dufe.edu.cn.
4. According to the students' voluntary application, the Student Affairs Office makes professional arrangements based on the principle of "score first". When the comprehensive scores are the same, professional volunteering takes precedence over the former. When they are the same, they are sorted by "College Entrance Examination Results-Minimum Admission Score" and "College Entrance Examination Results-Batch Control Line".
5. The Student Affairs Office will report the pre-arrangement of students' majors to the principal's office, which will be publicized after deliberation and approval.
6. Students who have been approved to change their major should go through the formalities of changing their major before the start of the third semester.
Third, change majors according to the results of compulsory courses.
(1) qualification
1. Excellent ideological quality, excellent students' comprehensive quality evaluation, and no professional restrictions in physical examination. The weighted average score of compulsory courses in the first academic year was rated as 10% by the Academic Affairs Office.
2. The scores of compulsory courses in the first academic year training plan are calculated by weighted average method (weighted average score =, with 2 decimal places reserved), which shall be subject to the preliminary test results.
3. Students admitted by non-professional teams of high-level athletes, students transferred from ethnic minority preparatory classes and students from Xinjiang high school classes in the mainland can participate in such professional transfers.
4. Based on the results of the college entrance examination culture course, after publicity, students who have obtained the qualification of transferring majors do not participate in such professional transfers.
5. The number of students enrolled in each major shall not exceed 10% of this year's enrollment plan in principle (annex 1).
6. No more than six majors can apply for transfer.
7. Other conditions and requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the management measures.
(2) Working procedures
1. Each college shall submit the admission conditions, the number of students accepted, the assessment content and the assessment method on Wednesday of the fourth week of the second semester according to the professional training situation, which shall be uniformly released by the Student Affairs Office.
2. Within 3 days after the end of the final exam of the second semester, the Academic Affairs Office will determine the students' test scores submitted by teachers of various courses. Students who disagree with their grades should report to the academic affairs office and the college in time. On the 6th, the weighted average score and ranking of compulsory courses in this academic year will be determined by the Academic Affairs Office and the College. On the 7th, the college will publicize the list of students who have the qualification to change majors approved by the leading group of the college to accept students' consultation and supervision.
3. Students should apply to their college for changing majors within 2 days after the list is published. The application materials include the Application Form for Changing the Grades of Compulsory Courses to Major (Annex 4) and the Summary Form for Changing the Grades of Compulsory Courses to Major (Annex 5). The electronic version of the application form and summary form should be sent to the designated mailbox of the college. After the preliminary examination of the college, with the consent of the leading group of the college, the paper version and electronic version of the sorted application form and summary table will be reported to the Student Affairs Office within 4 days after the list is publicized.
4. The Student Affairs Office will send the summary list of students applying for transfer to major and the electronic version of the application form to the corresponding receiving institutions on the fifth day after the list is publicized (subject to the students' first major volunteer).
5. The college will announce the selection arrangement on Tuesday, organize the selection on Thursday, and report the selection results and the pre-admission results of the first major to the Political and Educational Affairs Office on Friday.
6. According to the weighted average scores of students' compulsory courses, the Political and Educational Affairs Office sorts the students who have not accepted the first major volunteer and assigns them to the majors with insufficient enrollment according to the principle of "score first". When the scores are the same, professional volunteers take precedence over the former, and when they are the same, they enter the major at the same time.
7. The Political and Educational Affairs Office shall review the pre-admission list according to relevant regulations and report it to the principal's office. After deliberation and approval, and publicity without objection, in the first week of the third semester, go through the formalities of changing majors.
4. Serious illness or physical defect.
(1) qualification
1. There is a certain disease or physical defect that prevents you from studying in your original major.
2. Relevant medical diagnosis certificates or certificates of hospitals above Grade II A (including Grade II A).
(2) Working procedures
1. Students themselves apply to the Student Affairs Office, and the application materials include: application form for changing majors due to illness or physical defects (Annex 6), medical certificate that they cannot study in the original major and detailed explanation.
2. According to the relevant regulations, the Student Affairs Office will conduct a preliminary examination of the materials within one week after the students apply.
3. The Political and Educational Affairs Office will report the preliminary examination to the principal's office, and after deliberation and approval and publicity without objection, it will handle the formalities of changing majors for students within one week.
Five, retired college students to major
(1) qualification
1. Retired college students include freshmen who have not enrolled in school and retired college students who have been enlisted as freshmen and sophomores.
2. Verified by the armed forces department of the school.
(2) Working procedures
1. Students should apply to the Student Affairs Office within one week after resuming their studies. The application materials include: the application form for retired college students to change majors (Annex 7), the verification certificate and transcripts issued by the armed forces department of the school.
2. According to the relevant regulations, the Student Affairs Office will conduct a preliminary examination of the materials within one week after the students apply.
3. The Political and Educational Affairs Office will report the preliminary examination to the principal's office, and after deliberation and approval and publicity without objection, it will handle the formalities of changing majors for students within one week.
Intransitive verb others
(a) students who have the qualification to change their major, who have not applied for changing their major and have not reported after applying for changing their major, shall not be replenished in turn.
(two) during the publicity period, if there are special circumstances to give up professional adjustment, you should apply to the student office.
(3) In the process of applying to the higher education authorities for the relevant procedures of changing majors, if it is not approved, the opinions of the higher education authorities shall prevail.
(4) The Student Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these rules, and the college shall be responsible for the interpretation of the college implementation plan formulated by each college according to the Administrative Measures and these rules.
