1. Adhere to the principle of "fairness, justice, comprehensive measurement, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" to recruit candidates.

2. According to the candidates' application, determine the proportion of filing, which is generally about 105%, and implement computer remote online admission.

3. For ordinary candidates who enter the archives, take the archives as the admission basis, and according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following professional volunteers", the candidates with the same scores are admitted from high scores to low scores and arranged for majors, and the candidates with the same scores are sorted according to foreign languages, mathematics and Chinese.
