Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University was established in 2000. It is the first batch of full-time ordinary colleges and universities approved by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and confirmed by the Ministry of Education according to the new mechanism and model. It has been running for 20 years.
Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University has many disciplines (23 majors) such as law, literature, engineering, management, art and education. At present, the majors enrolled are law, ideological and political education, accounting, tourism management, library science, Chinese language and literature, Chinese international education, preschool education, journalism, advertising, network and new media, English, Japanese, computer science and technology, etc.
Dalian polytechnic university College of Arts and Information Engineering was established in June 2002 with the approval of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education. The college has seven major departments, namely, Department of Culture and Media, Department of Environmental Art Design, Department of Fashion Design and Engineering, Department of department of mechanical engineering, Department of Information and Electronic Engineering, Department of Economic Management, Department of Foreign Languages, and College of Applied Science and Technology.
