Faculty: the college is mainly full-time, combining full-time and part-time; The construction of teaching staff adopts the principle of "focusing on training and combining training with recruitment". At present, the teachers in the whole hospital are mainly college teachers and teachers hired by Yunnan University, and some are in-service and retired teachers hired by brother colleges, as well as foreign teachers from the United States, Britain, Australia and other countries. At present, there are 182 full-time teachers who have been working for more than one year, of whom 60 have college titles or above, accounting for 32% of the total number of full-time teachers.
