Shu Bin, a native of hongjiang city, Hunan Province, holds a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages Department of Xiangtan University, and is a graduate student of Xiangtan University Law School. He is currently the director and general manager of Hunan Red Net News Network Communication Co., Ltd., editor-in-chief of Red Net, member of Internet Association of China News Information Service Committee, vice chairman of Hunan Internet Association, and executive director of Hunan Journalists Association.
