Yang-en university is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The school was founded by the Yangen Foundation 1987 founded by Mr. Wu Qingxing, a patriotic overseas Chinese, and his family, and approved by the State Education Commission as a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning. 1988 is run by the Fujian provincial government.
