The disciplines of civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, ship and ocean engineering in the School of Architecture and Engineering of Tianjin University have a long history, which were founded in 1895, 1934 and 1970 respectively. Mao Yisheng, Zhang, Du, Zheng, Ji Jinbiao and others are all famous professors of the older generation in China. The college has four undergraduate majors: civil engineering (including construction engineering, bridge engineering and underground engineering), water conservancy and hydropower engineering, port waterway and coastal engineering, and ship and ocean engineering (including ocean engineering, ship engineering and international shipping management). And the second degree of engineering management undergraduate major, engineering cost management (higher vocational major).
