The scale of Temple University
Temple University is located in Philadelphia, a famous metropolis on the east coast of the United States. Founded in 1884, it has a history of more than 30 years. Known as the "Three Famous Universities in Philadelphia" (the other two are the University of Pennsylvania and the University of drexel) and one of the "Three Public Universities" in Pennsylvania (the other two are Pennsylvania State University), the school has 39,000 students and international students 1500. It is the 36th largest institution of higher learning in America and one of the top vocational education centers in America. Up to now, there are 273,000 graduates, including about 7,300 from 62 countries and regions around the world.

Russell H. Conwell, the founder of the university, felt that it was unfair that university courses were only taught to wealthy or privileged members of the upper class at that time, so he came up with the idea of establishing an "equal opportunity" university. The purpose is nothing more than to provide young students with equal opportunities for education, so as to encourage young friends to pursue the truth and then practice their personal dreams in a down-to-earth manner. Based on this principle, Pu Tian University has accepted local students at a low threshold, and the concept of establishing schools on an equal footing has developed to this day. This policy has reduced the comprehensive ranking of undergraduate courses to a certain extent. However, outstanding disciplines such as education college, art college, business college, medical college, film and television media major are more strict in the admission of international students.
