Tao Xingzhi was named Zhixing because Wang Yangming believed that knowing and doing were one. Later, he proposed that doing is the beginning of knowing, and knowing is the success of doing, so he changed his name to Xingzhi.

Tao Xingzhi Memorial Hall was founded in 195 1 Xiaozhuang Normal School. It belongs to Xiaozhuang Normal School and contains a batch of photos, manuscripts, remains and relics of Tao.

1March, 980, the museum reopened after finishing, and * * * exhibited 120 photos and more than 200 cultural relics and works.

1985 The exhibition room of the memorial hall was expanded, with an exhibition area of more than 400 square meters, which enriched the contents of the exhibits, with 429 photos and 3 physical objects.
