Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Northeast Agricultural University.

Article 3 School enrollment follows the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency", and makes comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission to candidates, and accepts the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, their parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 9 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, which shall be responsible for formulating undergraduate enrollment policies and discussing and deciding major issues of undergraduate enrollment. The school has set up an enrollment committee composed of teachers, students and alumni representatives to give full play to their democratic management and supervision.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 11 Our school will recruit students from 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in 2020. Enrollment majors involve agronomy, engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art and other disciplines. The enrollment plan is approved by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, and the enrollment plans by provinces and disciplines are released to the public by the enrollment departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Chapter V Admission

Sixteenth schools implement the admission system stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the provincial admissions offices organize admission.

Article 17 Schools enroll candidates according to the categories of science and engineering, literature and history, and art, while Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, and Hainan provinces enroll candidates according to the requirements of elective subjects set by majors (professional groups).

Article 18 The proportion of file transfer shall be determined according to the relevant requirements of provincial recruitment office and the situation of students in our school. For parallel volunteer batch, candidates who file in our school and obey the adjustment will not quit.

Article 19 When enrolling students, the professional volunteers are not divided into scores, and the principle is that scores are given priority, that is, they are sorted from high scores to low scores, and they are admitted in turn according to the professional volunteers reported by candidates.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission principle of "1: 1 queuing admission according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan".

The scores of two elective subjects in Jiangsu province are required to be 2 B, and the scores of compulsory subjects are required to be 5 qualified.

Article 20 the school shall determine the principle of giving priority to scores in the professional distribution of candidates entering the college. Candidates with the same total scores in the college entrance examination will be ranked in the order of mathematics, synthesis, Chinese and foreign languages, while literature and history majors will be ranked in the order of Chinese, synthesis, mathematics and foreign languages.

Candidates from Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Hainan provinces with the same total score in the college entrance examination shall be ranked according to the five provinces (cities); If the rankings are the same, Jiangsu Province will be sorted according to the level of the selected subjects.

Article 21 Admission rules for majors of visual communication design, environmental design, radio and television editing and directing: The school enrolls students from high to low according to their cultural achievements within the scope of electronic files of provincial unified recruitment candidates; Cultural achievements are the same, according to the selection of technological achievements; If the scores of technical subjects are still the same, they will be selected according to the ranking rules of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics.

Admission rules for music performance majors: within the scope of the electronic files of candidates put in by the provincial recruitment office, the school accepts students from high to low according to their technical achievements (instrumental music is admitted in the order of events); Those with the same technical achievements will be selected according to their cultural achievements; If the cultural achievements are still the same, they will be selected according to the ranking rules of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics.

Article 22 The school recognizes the national care policy approved by the Ministry of Education and the education departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and recognizes the care policy of provincial colleges and universities formulated by the Admissions Committee of Heilongjiang Province, but the score of care policy shall not exceed 20 points; The professional arrangement is subject to the actual college entrance examination results of candidates.

Article 23 Agronomy (Bo Ban), Horticulture (Bo Ban), Agricultural Resources and Environment (Bo Ban), Animal Science (Bo Ban), Animal Medicine (Bo Ban), Agricultural Mechanization and Automation (Bo Ban), Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management (Bo Ban), Biological Science (Bo Ban) and Food Science and Engineering (Bobo). Foreign language courses for majors such as biotechnology, bioengineering (engineering ⅳ) (including bioengineering and pharmaceutical engineering) and Chinese international education are taught in English, and non-English language candidates are careful to apply; English majors must be English language candidates.

Twenty-fourth animal medicine, finance (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools), business administration (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools), international economy and trade (Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools) implement a five-year academic system, and other majors (classes) implement a four-year academic system.

Article 25 Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools in our school includes three majors: international economy and trade, finance and business administration, among which international economy and trade is a cooperative project between our school and Russian Pacific State University, and finance and business administration is a cooperative project with Russian Far East State University of Science, Technology and Fisheries. According to Russian visa requirements, only students who have obtained ordinary high school graduation certificates can apply for the exam, and graduates of secondary vocational education, adult high schools and equivalent academic qualifications cannot apply for the exam. Students admitted to the Sino-Russian cooperative education major must bring their high school diploma, HKCEE certificate and valid passport when registering, and must study abroad in the second to fourth semesters after enrollment. Students who meet the requirements of our school's student status management will receive graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates issued by Northeast Agricultural University after completing their studies.

Article 26 The tuition fee for the Sino-Russian cooperative education project is 15750 yuan/year for studying in China, 179300 rubles/year for studying abroad, and the tuition fee and accommodation fee for the Far East National University of Science, Technology and Fisheries is $2,700/year. (Russian schools may charge fees according to changes in prices and exchange rates. )

Article 27 The experimental class 12 1 of "China-US Talent Training Program" in our school includes four majors: business administration, biological science, animal science and food science and engineering, among which the business administration major cooperates with the University of North Carolina at pembroke, the biological science major cooperates with Millersville University, the animal science major cooperates with Murray State University, and the food science and engineering major cooperates with the University of Wisconsin at Stout. This program only recruits candidates who are willing to study abroad and can afford to go abroad and stay in the United States. According to the visa requirements of the United States, students who have obtained ordinary high school diplomas can apply. The English score in the college entrance examination is not less than 105. Students admitted to the China-US 12 1 program are required to bring their high school graduation certificate, HKCEE certificate and valid passport (valid for more than three years) when reporting for duty. Students who have completed all the courses stipulated in the China-US 12 1 Project, and met the graduation requirements and degree awarding conditions of our university and American universities, will receive the graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate of Northeast Agricultural University and bachelor's degree certificate of American universities.

The 28th "China-US Talent Training Program" 12 1 Double-degree program experimental class, during the domestic study period, the tuition fee is 3,500 yuan/year for business administration, 4,500 yuan/year for biological science, 3,000 yuan/year for animal science and 4,200 yuan/year for food science and engineering; China Education International Exchange Center charges 24 160 yuan for going abroad, 50,000 yuan for returning to China, and the project management fee is equivalent to 3,000 dollars. Article 29 Our school is an ordinary university registered by the Ministry of Education and qualified to recruit high-level sports teams. In 2020, we will continue to recruit high-level athletes nationwide. The enrollment items are track and field and football. For high-level athletes who have passed the level test of high-level sports teams organized by our school and passed the professional test or qualification examination organized by the provincial recruitment office where the students are located, after publicity, they will be admitted in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the province of origin and the school.

Thirtieth admission medical standards in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions.

Chapter VI Announcement of Admission Results

Article 32 Candidates who have objections to the admission results can report to the school, the Admissions and Employment Office (0451-55190419) and the Commission for Discipline Inspection (Supervision Office) (0451-5519/kloc).

Thirty-third candidates who apply for our school and meet the admission requirements will be issued an admission notice by our school after being examined and approved by the provincial admissions department. The notice will be sent by China Post Express (EMS).

Chapter VII Tuition Fees and Scholarships

Article 34 The tuition standard of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the development and finance department of Heilongjiang Province. If there is any change, the development and reform and financial approval standards shall prevail.

Thirty-fifth schools set up national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and other scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance; Students from poor families can successfully complete their studies by applying for state grants, work-study jobs, and special difficulties subsidies. The school also assists students from poor families to apply for interest-free credit loans or national student loans on campus after entering school.

Chapter VIII Access Review

Thirty-sixth freshmen, the school unified enrollment review work. Those who do not conform to the review will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the state and the school.

Thirty-seventh freshmen enrolled in art majors and high-level sports teams are re-examined and re-examined by the school. For freshmen whose professional tests are not up to standard and whose scores are obviously different before and after admission, once they are found to have taken the test, enrolled students in violation of regulations, enrolled students under false pretenses and other irregularities, their admission qualifications will be cancelled, and they will not be allowed to register electronically, and they will report to the relevant departments for accountability.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-eighth college entrance examination consultants' opinions are for reference only, not as admission basis and commitment. The school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to engage in enrollment activities, and candidates and parents should beware of being deceived.

Thirty-ninth freshmen in accordance with the provisions of the state, with the admission notice, according to the requirements stipulated in the admission notice and the date of registration to the school for admission procedures. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Fortieth students who have completed their studies in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of Northeast Agricultural University and meet the graduation requirements shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate, and those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

Article 41 The Articles of Association shall be reported to the competent department of the school for the record and implemented after promulgation. If the requirements and regulations of the school's previous enrollment work are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the previous relevant provisions shall be abolished immediately.

Article 42 The Articles of Association shall be revised by the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy in that year. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and superior policies, the latter shall prevail.

Article 43 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Northeast Agricultural University.
