The State Key Laboratory of Deep Geotechnical Mechanics and Underground Engineering relies on China University of Mining and Technology (Xuzhou, Beijing). Construction of the laboratory began on April 2, 2007, and the feasibility of the construction scheme was demonstrated on February 28, 2007. On May 6, 2008, the Ministry of Science and Technology approved the laboratory construction. The laboratory was established on the basis of scientific integration of the high-quality resources of relevant provincial and ministerial laboratories in China University of Mining and Technology (Xuzhou). 20 10 passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The laboratory relies on geotechnical engineering and engineering mechanics, two national key disciplines, and disaster prevention and mitigation engineering and protection engineering, earth exploration and information technology, two provincial and ministerial key disciplines. On the morning of August 28th, 2065438+00, Vice President Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Minister of Science and Technology Wan Gang and his party visited the State Key Laboratory of Deep Geotechnical Mechanics and Underground Engineering in China University of Mining and Technology.
