"Ordinary colleges and universities entrance examination standards and implementation rules" regulation

Those who have no previous history of hepatitis, whose liver is less than 2cm below the costal margin, are soft and tender, and whose liver function is normal can be admitted. Those who have a past history of malaria, schistosomiasis, kala-azar and typhoid fever, and whose spleen is below the costal margin 1cm or whose liver and spleen are touched at the same time (but those who meet the requirements of hepatosplenomegaly caused by malaria, schistosomiasis, kala-azar and typhoid fever) can be admitted.

The procedure of health examination is generally to complete blood routine (including blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood immunity, tumor markers, hormones, trace elements and other items) and abdominal ultrasound examination on an empty stomach.

Laboratory examination: When blood is drawn for biochemical index examination, blood should be drawn on an empty stomach before breakfast, so that the result is more accurate. In particular, the examination of liver function, blood sugar, blood lipids and other items, the requirements for fasting are more stringent.

Extended data blood drawing requirements

Peripheral blood mainly includes earlobe blood collection and fingertip blood collection, and the baby can collect blood at the heel. It is not too painful to draw blood from the earlobe, but it is less, especially for people with small earlobes. Fingertip blood collection has obvious pain, but the amount of blood collected is large, especially for routine blood examination, which can get more stable results.

Clean the skin before blood collection. Don't draw blood immediately after entering the room outdoors in cold winter, but warm your body, especially your earlobes and hands. Don't scald your fingers with hot water before taking blood from your fingers, and keep them dry. Avoid using this finger if it has a wound, paronychia, redness or skin disease. Fingertip blood collection generally uses the ring finger, because the ring finger puncture will not affect the daily life function of the hand. Of course, the middle finger or the index finger can also be used, and there is no special difference. When drawing blood from the earlobe, the earrings and other hanging ornaments on the earlobe should be removed, and do not hang them immediately after drawing blood.

After blood collection, compress the puncture wound with a sterile cotton pad or other sterile hemostatic materials. After the wound is solidified, slowly remove the cotton pad to avoid the wound bleeding again. Don't touch dirty things, and don't wash your hands with clean water immediately.
