Membership refers to the participation of China youth in the Youth League of China. China youth who have reached the age of 14 and are under the age of 28, recognize the articles of association of the Youth League, are willing to join an organization of the Youth League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the Youth League and pay the tour fee on schedule, and can apply to join the Productive Youth League of China.

2. The way to become a member is as follows:

(1) I applied to my youth league branch. The secretary of the Youth League branch held a meeting of representatives of the members of the branch (10 above 10 below 10 all attended) to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the students applying one by one, focus on the overall situation and determine the development goals.

(2) For those who are listed as development targets, the branch will designate two league members as contacts within the group to keep abreast of the situation and strengthen individual education. After the examination and approval, the Youth League Committee issued the Form for Soliciting Opinions on Joining the League, and each branch called a meeting of representatives of members and non-members (about 15) to solicit opinions extensively.

3. The process of joining the League is as follows: firstly, some applications for joining the League are needed, and the activists are determined by the way of member recommendation and promotion; The Committee of the League branch should discuss and determine the development goals among the activists who join the League; Grass-roots youth league committees conduct pre-examination on the conditions of development targets, training and education. The development object should fill in the volunteer form carefully and truthfully; The League branch shall promptly write the resolution of the general meeting of the branch into the Voluntary Letter of Membership, together with my application for membership, and report it to the higher-level league organization for approval; Grass-roots Communist Youth League committees must be convened for collective deliberation and vote on whether to join the League.
