According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control of superiors and territories, combined with the actual situation of the school, in order to do a good job in the registration of freshmen in 2022, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the school registration schedule
(1) Admission time and batch
Freshmen of full-time master's degree and doctoral degree in 2022 will report to the school on September 3-4.
Personnel reported on September 3rd that 65438: (1) now lives outside Shandong Province; (2) Now living in Shandong Province, but living outside the province within 7 days before entering school; (3) Attachment 1 The freshmen who are responsible for reporting are the College of Literature, the College of Marxism, the College of Law, the College of Education Science, the College of Life Sciences and the College of Civil Engineering. They currently live in Shandong Province and have no foreign residence history within 7 days before entering school.
2. Personnel who reported to the school on September 4th: Attachment 1 Freshmen who reported to other colleges and currently live in Shandong Province have no living history outside the province within 7 days before entering the school.
3.2022 part-time graduate students and rural postgraduate freshmen will not report for the time being, and the specific reporting time will be notified separately.
4. All freshmen are requested to enter the school according to the time and batch required in this notice. Please don't report to the school in advance. If the registration time is postponed for special reasons, you must go through the formalities of asking for leave and filing with your college. After meeting the requirements for enrollment, you must apply personally, be audited by your college, and be approved by the graduate school before you can enter the school.
(2) Specific arrangements for admission
1. Admission arrangement
From 6: 00 to 22: 00 on September 3-4, freshmen from colleges and universities in North District entered the school from the east gate of North District, and freshmen from colleges and universities in South District entered the school from the east gate of South District. After 20:00 in the evening, freshmen from colleges in North and South District enter the school from the east gate of North District. Freshmen from colleges in the East District enter the school from the gate of the North Campus of the East District. See Annex 1 for the registration arrangement of colleges (centers).
Freshmen who really need to report at other times for reasons such as tickets and air tickets. You should contact the teacher in charge of your college in advance to check the relevant materials and certificates at the school gate, and enter the school after temperature measurement and code scanning.
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, parents of students, irrelevant personnel outside the school and vehicles are not allowed to enter the school during the registration period, but can park and leave in the designated area outside the gate. The school provides Zhenhua preferential parking lot as a temporary parking lot for free. Please travel as lightly as possible. Large luggage can be delivered to your college by express delivery in advance, and daily necessities can also be purchased on campus.
2. Admission inspection
(1) Freshmen queue up at the interval of "one meter long", check the "Admission Notice, Health Green Code, Bus Code, Negative Certificate of Nucleic Acid Detection within 48 hours", scan the code, brush their ID cards, and enter the school for nucleic acid detection after passing the temperature measurement (if they have been tested at Yantai Station, Yantai South Station, Yantai Bus Terminal and Yantai Airport on the day of admission, is it ok?
(2) The second nucleic acid test was conducted on the third day after the freshmen entered school.
(3) Freshmen who have a local epidemic on their way to school or within 7 days after admission should immediately report to college counselors and teachers for emergency treatment.
Check in
1. Freshmen are required to provide the originals of the Notice of Postgraduate Admission, the Record Form for Electronic Registration of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education (the verification period must be after September 2022, hereinafter referred to as the Record Form) and the Appraisal Form for Ideological and Political Morality of Postgraduates Recruited in ludong university (which must be consistent with the system submitted during the second interview); 1 Copy of ID card (the front and back of ID card are printed on a piece of A4 paper), and the original and copy of education and degree certificate are printed separately. Colleges and universities check whether the original photos are consistent with the freshmen themselves, and scan the filing form to check the authenticity. After the examination is correct, you will receive the original admission notice for freshmen (only the first copy of the admission notice is accepted, and the second copy of the commemorative card will be kept by the students free of charge) and the "Appraisal Form of Ideological and Political Morality for Recruiting Postgraduates in ludong university"; Copy of ID card, education background and degree certificate, make records and organize freshmen to go through the registration formalities.
2. The tuition and accommodation fees of freshmen will be paid through the online payment platform after registration.
3. After the registration of freshmen, all colleges (centers) are requested to submit the Registration and Verification Form for Full-time Postgraduates in 2022 on September 5th.
Two, freshmen in any of the following circumstances will not report for admission.
1. I or my family members living with * * * are close contacts and sub-close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and monks during isolation observation;
2. There is a local epidemic area within 7 days before admission or a history of living abroad within 10 days;
3. The epidemic occurred in a residential area within 10 days before entering the school;
4. Those who have not recovered from symptoms such as fever and cough for nearly 7 days before entering school do not rule out infectious diseases and physical discomfort;
5. The current residence is in the middle and high risk area and the county (city, district) where the middle and high risk area is located;
6. Persons with a history of living and contact in counties (cities, districts) where local epidemics have occurred in China and adjacent areas with proliferation risks within 7 days before entering school;
7. Personnel in high-risk posts within 7 days after leaving their posts, including personnel engaged in key posts such as fever clinic, fever sentinel, specimen sampling and laboratory testing in designated hospitals and comprehensive medical and health institutions, service support personnel in port areas such as airports and ports who are in direct contact with entry personnel or goods and other articles, personnel in centralized isolation places, and personnel in specialized warehouses under centralized supervision.
Third, prepare for school in advance
1. All freshmen should monitor their life history, contact history and health history seven days before entering the school, consciously adhere to the system of measuring their body temperature three times a day in the morning, noon and evening, and report nothing every day, truthfully fill out the Declaration Certificate of Personal Health of Freshmen (Annex 2) and submit it to their college when registering for admission.
2. Do a good job of reporting cigarettes in advance. According to the requirements of local epidemic prevention and control work, all freshmen and parents who come to Yantai to smoke outside need to scan the QR code three days before entering the cigarette and report the specific itinerary information in advance. Airport Bus: From 8: 00 to 22: 00 on September 3-4, the airport bus will add temporary stops at the east gate of ludong university North Campus and the west gate of East Campus. High-speed railway station: From 7: 00 to 23: 00 on September 3-4, the school set up pick-up and drop-off stations at Yantai Station and Yantai South Station. Among them, from 7: 00 to 20:00, the vehicle will go directly to the east gate of the north campus and the east gate of the south campus.
