Huayuan has no heating and no separate bathroom. Beiyuan Dongyuan has no heating and a separate bathroom. There are many things in Nanyuan, some are not, some are six rooms. If it is a new campus, it is good to live in Nanyuan and Huayuan. It depends on what your major is.
