1. Xihua Normal University: Formerly known as Sichuan Normal University, it is a comprehensive provincial-level key university featuring normal education. On April 6, 2003, approved by the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed China West Normal University. The campus covers an area of 2,476 mu with a building area of 960,000 square meters. It is divided into two campuses.
