The phenomenon of college students' self-employment
The phenomenon of college students' self-employment is as follows:

College students' self-employment refers to the process that college students strive to innovate, seek opportunities, grow and create value in a limited environment by means of personal and organizational efforts, using the acquired knowledge, talents, technology and various abilities, and by means of self-financing, technology shareholding and seeking cooperation.

At present, many college graduates are interested in starting businesses. According to the survey data, 25.93% of them have strong entrepreneurial intention, and 53.02% of them have entrepreneurial intention, which reflects that college students generally have entrepreneurial intention.

However, some phenomena that appear now are that among many college students who are interested in starting a business, only a few students have embarked on the road of starting a business, and the success of starting a business is in jeopardy. Although the government provides various preferential policies for college students to start their own businesses, the present situation of college students' self-employment is worrying.

Exploring the reasons, we get the following conclusions. Nowadays, college students' entrepreneurial enthusiasm is very high, but it is limited to one kind of thought and concept, and few people can put it into action, and the number involved is relatively small. The lack of courage to try and confidence to carry out has become one of the main reasons why college students' entrepreneurial status is not optimistic.

Secondly, during the four-year study in the university, many students can't study some professional courses in depth, which is not enough to improve their skills. This makes their knowledge reserves limited, and their entrepreneurial knowledge is low in science and technology, which easily leads to entrepreneurial failure. This is one of the main reasons for the low success rate of college students' entrepreneurship. Then to become a real entrepreneurial success or team, you can't just overcome one or two reasons, but also overcome many difficulties on the road to entrepreneurship.
