Liaoning University, founded in 1948, is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is a comprehensive key university in nine disciplines of management, literature, history, philosophy, economics, law, science, engineering, management and art in Liaoning Province, and is a national "double-class" and "2 18". Formerly a business school, it was merged by Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, some departments of shenyang normal College and Shenyang Russian College.
