Fourth-class judge. According to official website's inquiry, the highest level for Tsinghua University law graduate students to go to the Provincial Higher People's Court is a four-level judge. The ranks of the Chief Justice, first-class and second-class senior judges and other judges in the Supreme People's Court shall be approved by President the Supreme People's Court. The grades of the third and fourth grade senior judges, the first and second grade judges and other judges in the Higher People's Court and the courts under its jurisdiction shall be approved by the president of the Higher People's Court.
