Wuhan University of Technology Work-study Inspector Group was established in 2003, which is a work-study functional department directly under the Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the Ministry of Education. Adhering to the working principle of "strict adherence and service first", this department promotes the organizational culture of "teamwork, pragmatism, harmony and innovation" and strives to make greater contributions to the management and development of the school's work-study program. The Work-study Inspector Group of Wuhan University of Technology is now composed of Ma Fangshan and Yu Jiatou's Work-study Inspector Group (including Ma Fangshan's existing member 15, and its branch is located in the Work-study Office of the Red House in the West Campus), which is an important functional department to assist the Student Financial Assistance Management Center in managing the work-study work of the whole school.

The inspector group is an important link between the student financial assistance management center and the employer. It directly undertakes the task of conveying the document information and important spirit issued by the Student Financial Assistance Management Center to the employer, and also undertakes the important task of assisting the employer to manage the work-study program. Finally, the school's work-study program will develop well and quickly.

With the continuous expansion of the school's work-study program scale and the gradual extension of the fields involved, the scale of the work-study program inspector group is also gradually expanding and growing. Its importance in the work-study program is particularly prominent, and its sound management mechanism and outstanding work achievements have also been highly praised by the university student financial assistance management center and various employers.

I. Working system

(1) Purpose of work:

Assist the school student financial assistance management center to do a good job in the management of work-study programs throughout the school and improve the management system of work-study programs throughout the school.

(2) Working principle:

Abide by the regulations on the implementation of work-study program in Wuhan University of Technology Student Handbook, and carry out the supervision of work-study program with the attitude of "strict adherence and service first".

(3) Work tasks:

1. Organize and plan large-scale job fairs held by the school on a regular basis (September, June and April).

2. Assist the Ministry of Education in organizing the orientation of the whole school, such as distributing new textbooks.

3. Check the overall situation of the employer's work-study program this school year: the number of posts, staffing, job responsibilities, basic employment requirements, working hours, etc.

4. Communicate the relevant notice of the fund management center of the Ministry of Engineering, and summarize and feedback the relevant information of the work-study program unit.

5, post inspector:

(1) check the student information:

A. Vacancy: deduct the corresponding remuneration according to the specific situation;

B. Vacancy: reduce the corresponding number of employees in the employer;

C. repeat reading: cancel all work-study positions;

D. job change: cancel his work-study program post;

(2) assessment of the actual work of the work-study program:

In strict accordance with the measures for the implementation of the work-study program, the problems in the post will be dealt with in time, and the results will be reported to the student financial assistance management center.

6. Report:

1 Report the details of weekly work and discuss the reasonable solutions for work-study programs;

2 convey the latest work instructions from superiors, with clear division of labor and responsibility to people;

Second, training and management:

Since the establishment of the Work-study Supervision Team of Wuhan University of Technology for seven years, with the joint efforts of all members, with the strong support and care of school leaders, employers' teachers and relevant students, the system construction has been gradually improved, which has laid a solid foundation for the further development of our department.

In order to further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the inspector team, we have formulated a series of plans on the quality training of department members, namely, talent training, talent appointment and talent management. To this end, we have made the following plans:

(1) Personnel training plan:

This training is divided into three aspects: departmental culture training, team spirit training and code of conduct training.

1, departmental cultural training:

Department culture is the soul of a department. This training is mainly conducted in the form of explanation, which makes the members more cohesive and fighting. Finally, we will create a working atmosphere of "teamwork, pragmatism, harmony and innovation" and build an efficient, effective and harmonious working team.

2, team spirit training:

A team that can cooperate tacitly is half the battle. Team training has four aspects: communication, innovation, motivation and cooperation. Through training, we can unify our thinking, enhance team awareness and stimulate the enthusiasm of team members.

3, code of conduct training:

Proper behavior is necessary for an inspector, and it is also an inevitable requirement for maintaining the image of work-study program. Through training, the professional ethics and quality of team members can be improved, and at the same time, the excellent image of inspectors can be shaped.
