Proof of poverty requires the official seal of the township (town) people's government where the family is located, or the official seal of the higher authorities. Among them, the effective official seals are: township (town) people's government, county civil affairs bureau and civil affairs bureau. Urban residents can be the official seals of neighborhood committees, neighborhood offices and communities.

Note that the official seal of the villagers' committee and the official seal of the unit are invalid. Try not to have more than two official seals on the poverty certificate.
