Zhaolan Courtyard, located in the southwest of Tsinghua University, is one of the oldest places in Tsinghua University. The name of Zhao Lan Hospital was named by Mr. Zhu Ziqing. Initially, Zhao Lan College was the home of Tsinghua University teachers' family area. With the development of the times, Zhao Lan University has become a comprehensive place for family area and student living area. The supermarkets, post offices and banks in Zhaolanyuan have played an important role in the lives of teachers and students in Tsinghua.
