(IV) The borrower who signed the contract signed the Loan Contract for Student-origin Credit Student Loan of China Development Bank with the borrower himself, signed the loan contract and authorized the Postal Savings Bank to deduct the loan principal and interest from the above account. If the loan cannot be remitted due to the wrong filling, the responsibility shall be borne by the student himself. (V) Return the receipt of the contract After the loan contract is signed, students can report to the university with the contract, and send the receipt of the contract stamped by the university to the Student Financial Assistance Management Section of the Education Bureau by mail or other effective means within 20 days after the report. In case of special circumstances, you should take the initiative to contact the Student Financial Assistance Management Section of the Education Bureau. If the student financial assistance management department of the Education Bureau does not receive the receipt within 30 days after registration (no later than 65438+1October 30), it is deemed that the student has cancelled the loan application. (VI) Loan Issuance and Payment According to the contract, the Postal Savings Bank will issue loans on the date agreed in the contract and wire the loan funds to the designated account of the borrower's university. (VII) Repaying the loan After graduation, students and borrowers are responsible for timely and fully depositing the funds into personal accounts as agreed in the loan contract; The agent settlement bank deducts the corresponding amount from the student's personal account according to the deduction schedule provided by the district funding center.
