Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Name of Association: Student Logistics Association of Gannan Normal University.

Article 2 Nature of the Association: The College Student Logistics Association is a professional learning and non-profit association affiliated to the Party Committee of Gannan Normal University.

Article 3 The purpose of the club: to serve the students, promote their understanding of logistics, deepen their understanding of logistics, enable them to master certain basic knowledge of logistics, and use the learned theories to guide logistics practice.

Article 4 The College Students' Logistics Association takes the aim of "improving learning interest, promoting the exchange of ideas, deepening the understanding of the industry and pursuing the true meaning of the industry" and carries forward the spirit of "learning, communication and practice". The guiding ideology and principle of organizing the meeting is "based on the specialty, based on the school, facing the enterprise, going to the society, and devoting to the theoretical discussion of logistics specialty and the social practice of logistics management".

Article 5 Under the leadership of the Party Committee of Gannan Normal University, the College Students' Logistics Association is guided by the Youth League Committee of the school, managed and supervised by the Student Association, and carries out activities and projects that conform to the nature and purpose of the College Students' Logistics Association.

Chapter II Membership System

Article 6 Membership requirements: Full-time students with formal status in Gannan Normal University.

Article 7 membership criteria: interested in logistics, want to know more about logistics, and deepen the understanding of logistics; Abide by national laws and regulations, recognize and abide by the articles of association of logistics association.

Article 8 Membership procedures:

(1) An individual who applies to join the Party submits a written application to the organization department.

Article 9 The Federation of Student Associations organizes logistics associations to recruit new students every academic year. After the unified enrollment, individual students who still need to join the College Logistics Association can register separately in the organization department of the Association, and then the Association will apply to the HKCSS for membership procedures.

Article 10 Basic rights of members:

(4) Give priority to participating in various activities organized by the Association.

Article 1 1 Basic obligations of members:

Article 12 Withdrawal and Dismissal of Members:

(1) Students automatically quit the College Logistics Association after graduation.

(2) According to the principle of voluntariness, I submit a written application to the organization department, and with the consent of the Council and the approval of the Association Federation, I can quit the logistics association.

(3) If a member seriously violates the articles of association of the association, his membership shall be cancelled after the vote of the general meeting of members, and he shall make a timely announcement and report to the association.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 13 The highest authority of the College Students' Logistics Association is the General Assembly, and the Council is the executive body of the College Students' Logistics Association.

Article 14 The functions and powers of the general meeting of college students' logistics association:

(1) To formulate and revise the articles of association.

(2) Election and addition of members of the Council.

⑶ Decide the policy and development plan of the College Students' Logistics Association.

(4) Review the work report and financial report of the Council.

Fifteenth college students' logistics association general meeting is held once every semester in principle, and the resolutions of the general meeting should be reported to the Association Federation for approval and filing. A general meeting of members can only be held when more than two thirds of the members are present, and its resolution will take effect after more than half of the members present vote. The resolution on the alteration, cancellation and revision of the articles of association of the University Logistics Association must be adopted by more than two thirds of the members present at the meeting.

Article 16 The College Students' Logistics Association shall set up a board of directors as the executive body to be responsible for the daily work of the association. The chairman, vice-chairman and members of various departments of the University Logistics Association are members of the Council, which constitutes the Council.

Article 17 The functions and powers of the Council of College Students' Logistics Association:

(a) to implement the resolutions of the general assembly.

(2) Preparing for the general meeting of members.

⑶ Report the work and financial situation to the general meeting of members.

Article 18 The Council is generally elected by the general meeting of members, or approved by the College Youth League Committee through recruitment, self-recommendation and recommendation. The list of members of the Council shall be filed and published by the Federation of Associations. Board members must be students with excellent academic performance and certain social activities, management and innovation abilities. In accordance with the principle of "those who are capable are superior, those who are equal are inferior, and those who are mediocre are inferior", the Council implements a medium-term mobility system and replaces incompetent Council members. The chairman was allowed to resign. When resigning, you should write a written application, complete the handover procedures according to the procedures, and leave after being approved by the Federation of Associations and the Youth League Committee.

Article 19 The board of directors shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than one half of the directors are present.

Article 20 The term of office of the board of directors is one year, and directors may be re-elected if necessary. The board of directors meets at least once a month. The newly added directors are elected by the general meeting of members; Special circumstances shall be by-election by the Council, but it shall be confirmed by the next general meeting.

Article 21 The College Student Logistics Association consists of Secretariat, Propaganda Department, Organization Department, Finance Department, Logistics Learning Department, Outreach Department and Information Resources Department. The functions of the chairman, vice-chairman and departments are as follows:

⑴ Chairman: Preside over the daily work, general meeting and Council of the College Student Logistics Association, and organize and implement semester activities; Responsible for raising funds for activities; Formulate the development strategy of college students' logistics association; Unified leadership of the work of various departments; On behalf of the college students' logistics association, keep close contact and communication with the higher party, league organization and association.

⑵ Vice Chairman: Assist the chairman in his work and manage other work related to the logistics association; In the absence of Director Zhang, he will temporarily perform various functions for him; Coordinate the daily work of logistics association and support the regular meeting; Coordinate the relationship between departments, check and report the work of each department in time.

⑶ Secretariat: Do a good job of recording and filing all working meetings; Make attendance records at meetings, contact the office of the Federation of Associations, convey relevant information in time, and summarize the main work.

(4) Propaganda Department: responsible for publicizing the aims and objectives of the College Students' Logistics Association, so that students can understand the College Students' Logistics Association and expand its influence, and be responsible for the publicity of various activities.

5. Organization Department: Organize and coordinate personnel to carry out various activities; Supervise and manage the members of the organization (including personnel access management, personnel evaluation, personnel file management, membership card issuance, etc.). ); Responsible for the revision and drafting of the Articles of Association; Stimulate the potential of members, first evaluate internal personnel and coordinate internal relations; Responsible for the cultivation of team spirit of members.

[6] Finance Department: responsible for managing the funds and fixed assets of the College Students' Logistics Association and setting up account books; Responsible for the budget and expenditure of activity funds and financial reimbursement; Collect membership dues, keep them properly and submit them to HKCSS Finance Department in time; Save financial information, and regularly publish financial status (financial budget and settlement report, etc.). ), and submit financial statements to the Council before the end of each year and report them to the Federation of Associations for the record.

(7) Logistics Learning Department: Carry out various types of logistics knowledge contests, academic exchanges and knowledge lectures, and carry out logistics practice activities and research projects at the same time.

(8) Outreach Department: maintain the communication and contact between the College Students' Logistics Association and the outside world; Invite logistics professionals to our school to hold lectures and academic exchanges; Apply for the venue and facilities of the lecture; Coordinate various relationships when carrying out logistics practice activities; Establish a good image of college students' logistics association, strive for the sponsorship of enterprises or other social institutions as much as possible, and open up social space for the development of college students' logistics association.

(9) Information Resources Department: sorting out and publishing the relevant information of College Students' Logistics Association; Collect the development trends, logistics professional knowledge, frontier analysis and other information of newspapers, magazines, radio, television and the internet, sort it out and print it out for members to learn and learn from; Establish a logistics association blog, be responsible for the maintenance and management of the blog, and update the blog content in time; Convenient for members to enter the blog to find information; Publish the latest achievements of the College Students' Logistics Association on the blog.

Chapter IV Work System

Article 22 In order to maintain the normal, orderly and effective work of the College Students' Logistics Association, maintain the vitality and cohesion of the College Students' Logistics Association, and establish a good image of the College Students' Logistics Association among teachers, students and all walks of life, the following working systems are formulated:

(1) At the beginning of each semester, the College Students' Logistics Association must make a work plan for this semester, which will be implemented after being approved by the Association Federation. All departments should make their own work plans according to the semester work plan of the College Students' Logistics Association. When carrying out a specific activity, we must first make a feasible activity plan.

⑵ The College Student Logistics Association holds a general meeting at least once every semester. In daily work, all departments must hold regular meetings, make personnel sign-in and meeting minutes, and report them to the secretariat for the record. Those who are absent for many times without reason and fail to perform their membership obligations, and still fail to improve after being reminded, are regarded as automatically withdrawing from the College Logistics Association, and their membership files will be invalidated, and their membership cards will be returned and notified in time, and the organization department will report them to the Association Federation.

Chapter V Management and Use of Funds and Assets

Twenty-third college students' logistics association should follow the principle of "self-financing, self-reliance, self-reliance". The source of funds for the activities mainly depends on the collection of membership fees and corporate sponsorship. According to the purpose of the college logistics association, all funds are used for all the work and activities of the association. Expenditure shall be audited by the Federation of Associations. For the person in charge who violates the financial system, depending on the seriousness of the case, he will be given warnings, sanctions and other penalties.

After the activity, organize personnel to conduct audit to prevent mistakes and omissions.

Article 24 The reimbursement vouchers of all departments of the College Students' Logistics Association shall be invoices or receipts (invoices and receipts shall have the date of reimbursement, purpose, signature of the manager and references), so as to effectively and reasonably use funds and save expenses. Daily expenses shall be audited by the chairman and reported to the Federation of Associations for approval. The finance department should register the dates, items and handlers of various expenses.

Article 25 The asset management of college students' logistics association must implement the financial laws stipulated in the Regulations on the Management of Student Associations in Gannan Normal University, and accept the supervision of the Youth League Committee, the Federation of Student Associations and all members. No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate all the assets of the Association.

Chapter VI Archives Management System

Twenty-sixth types of archives of college students' logistics association: documents at all levels, minutes of meetings, files of organizational cadres and members, work plans, work reports, records of rewards and punishments, important books and periodicals, newspapers, etc.

Twenty-seventh colleges and universities logistics association departments submit detailed work plans every semester, and submit work summaries as work files after each large-scale activity.

Article 28 The secretariat is responsible for the management, classification and filing of documents, meeting minutes and other formal materials of the College Students' Logistics Association, and comprehensively summarizes all the work and reports it in time. The organization department is responsible for recording the files of cadres and members, and the comprehensive opinions shall be filled out by the Council or the minister. This file can be used as personal file material after the membership expires. The file of cadre members includes name, department, position, department and level, contact information, etc.

Chapter VII Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Twenty-ninth amendments to the articles of association of college students' logistics association shall be jointly proposed by the Youth League Committee, the Federation of College Students' Associations, the executive body of the association or more than half of the members, and submitted to the general meeting of the association for deliberation.

Article 30 The revised articles of association of the Association shall come into effect after being approved by the Federation of Student Associations and the Youth League Committee within 7 days after being adopted by the general meeting.

Chapter VIII Termination Procedure and Financial Treatment after Termination

Article 31 If an association completes its purpose or is dissolved or needs to be revoked due to division or merger, the executive body of the association shall propose a resolution to terminate it.

Article 31 The resolution to terminate this Association must be voted by the general meeting of members and reported to the guiding unit for examination and approval.

Thirty-second before the termination of this association, a liquidation organization shall be established under the organization of the Youth League Committee of the school to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with matters after dissolution. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.

Article 33 The Association shall be terminated after the cancellation of registration by the Youth League Committee.

Article 34 The remaining property after the termination of this Association shall be disposed of under the supervision of the Youth League Committee in accordance with the relevant provisions of the management system of student associations in Gannan Normal University.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Article 35 The Articles of Association shall come into effect after being adopted by the general meeting of members, reported to the Youth League Committee of Gannan Normal University and registered and approved by the Federation of Associations.

Article 36 These Articles of Association are applicable to all members of the College Student Logistics Association.

Article 37 The final interpretation right of the Articles of Association belongs to the Student Logistics Association of Gannan Normal University.
