The college has 1 person who is supported by the Ministry of Education in the new century, 2 people who are "New Century 12 1 project" in Hunan Province, 3 people who are leading the press and publication industry in Hunan Province, 1 person who is the leader of journalism and communication in Hunan Province, 2 scholars who are "Hundred Talents Project" in philosophy and social sciences in Hunan Province, and literary talents in Hunan Province. The college also hired more than 20 experienced and knowledgeable experts and scholars as part-time professors in the propaganda departments, press and publication, radio and television circles inside and outside the province.
