Requirements for applying for a doctorate in law from the University of Hong Kong
Application conditions:

1.3 years Ph.D. Requirements: Bachelor of Law or equivalent+research master.

2.4-year doctoral requirements: Bachelor of Law or equivalent+Master of Teaching or first-class degree of Bachelor of Law.

3. Language requirements: TOEFL 97 or IELTS 7 is not less than 6.5. The Law School of the University of Hong Kong is a law school with a long history in Hong Kong, ranking 25th in the 2020QS World Law School Ranking. Application conditions: JD or LLM degree GPA 3.0 or above or equivalent, accepting language requirements for non-law majors: TOEFL 95 or IELTS 7.0 needs to submit a research plan of no more than 5,000 words, and is studying for a doctoral degree.
