Everyone is different, and I can't help you check your listening plan. I'll tell you my method.
The first time, of course, is to do the questions directly and simulate the exam scene, which is a high degree of concentration.
After listening for the first time, don't rush to answer. Draw a line where I didn't hear you clearly just now. Listen to those places again and correct your misunderstanding.
Then you can choose to listen for the third time now, or check your answers and listen for the third time.
For the third time, I personally suggest dectation, that is, you take a piece of paper, mark the serial number of each part, and then stop looking at the topic. Think of yourself as a DEC station, write as much as you can, write as much as you can, and try to write your own slow words. Then compare it with the original listening text and correct it.
I want to remind you that the third time is really difficult, especially at the beginning, but it will get better gradually.
The whole process is really complicated, and I am insisting on it at present. Come on!
