Five departments, including Student Affairs Office, Public Security Management Office, Planning and Finance Department, Youth League Committee and Information Network Center, provide students with more than 60 services in such aspects as development guidance, student management, student financial aid, security affairs, household registration management, national defense education, finance, league affairs and campus card service. At the same time, for the convenience of teachers and students, the relevant departments also put the work of serving teachers and students in the center for centralized handling, and the Student Affairs Office also set up a student lost and found service point in the Student Affairs Service Center to provide convenient and fast services for teachers and students.

Window 14 deals with business and recharges campus cards (working hours);
