The discipline has carried out unrelated donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, non-myeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to treat blood tumors. Up to now, more than 500 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have been completed (80% of them are allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation), and the long-term disease-free survival rate is over 70%, and the transplantation quality has reached the advanced level in China. The transplantation center laboratory has advanced platform and complete equipment, and has cytogenetics, flow cytometry and molecular biology laboratories. , and carried out MICM typing diagnosis of leukemia, monitoring of minimal residual disease of leukemia, detection of leukemia-related fusion genes, fluorescence in situ hybridization detection, HLA matching, gene sequencing, detection of lymphocyte subsets and other projects.
