Three, college graduates after retiring from active service, can refer to ordinary college graduates, with the employer's procedures to the original college to apply for employment registration card again. The time limit for handling employment registration cards starts from 12 and 1 in the year of retiring from active service and ends at 12 and 3 1 in the following year.

Four, local public security departments according to the "National College Graduates Employment Registration Certificate" held by college graduates who have retired from active service, for their household registration transfer procedures from their place of origin to their place of work. Graduates who fail to join the army may apply to the original school for employment and transfer to other jobs according to the relevant regulations, and the public security department of the place where the graduates are employed shall go through the registered permanent residence migration formalities with the Employment Registration Certificate for Graduates of National Colleges and Universities held by the graduates. Municipalities directly under the central government shall implement it in accordance with relevant regulations.
