Step 1: Recite a large number of original simple sentences, dialogues and life idioms. Step 2: Repeatedly digest the materials recited every day and perform with the help of imagination. Step 3: Keep a diary. This habit seems to practice writing, but it is actually a wonderful way to practice oral English. When you are writing, your brain is doing English gymnastics nervously. English thinking is an advanced oral training method. Step 4: read a lot of newspapers, magazines, stories and essays, and then repeat them. (hint: it is "retelling" rather than "reciting". The retelling of the same article should be repeated over and over again. Step 5: It takes about a year to gradually transition to daily thinking activities in English.
