The discipline specialty of business school was founded in 1965. Formerly known as the Department of Industrial Management Engineering of Shandong Institute of Building Materials, the Department of Economic Management and the Department of Food and Shandong Cuisine of Jinan United University, the former Shandong Materials School and the former Shandong Civil Affairs School. 200 1 10 Jinan University School of Management was established, and Jinan University School of Economics was established in May 2003.
